The villa consists of 2 floors.

In the upper floor you will find the spacious furnitured living room in U-shape with a fire place and satellite TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, electric stove, oven, water cooker and coffee machine. From the living room you step up the balcony where you can enjoy the panoramic view towards the Pagasitic Gulf. There is also a separated toilet.

The lower floor consists of a bathroom with toilet, bath and washing machine and three spacious bedrooms. One bedroom has two single beds, a wardrobe and a terrace. Two bedrooms have a double bed and share a large veranda with stairs that lead to the garden.

The big garden offers lots of privacy and has private parking. A lovely little pool is set in L-shape and is decorated with urns and the stone terrace around it is ideal for sun loungers. Other terraces make everybody find their own favorite corner outside.
